This is the second time I ate dinner at Seahawk Prime in Lake Park Florida on the intracoastal. It’s located in the new Nautilus 220 Complex, north of West Palm Beach and south of Jupiter. The food and atmosphere were superb. This steakhouse offers a variety of aged beef, seafood, salads and pasta. The side dishes were unexpected like the creamed spinach with a corn flake topping, maple-glazed brussels sprouts and hipster fries with bacon, Parmesan cheese, parsley and shishito peppers. The piece de resistance was the visit by Chef David Burke stopping by the tables and asking the patrons if they are enjoying dinner. I’m in the photo below with this celebrity chef.
Chef David Burke is quite the entrepreneur as well as a famous chef. The David Burke Hospitality Management has a large portfolio with more than a dozen restaurants across the United States. There are David Burke several branded products including steak sauce and cutlery. He was inducted into the New Jersey Hall of Fame Membership in 2025. His award list is lengthy but he was the only American to win Meilleurs Ouviers de France Diplome d’Honneurs.
Bruce Springsteen might have competition as being a famous, creative Jersey boy.
